1. Delivery policy

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Care team will conduct order verification.

Currently, we have supported the delivery of products to all provinces and cities across the country.

2. Return Policy

All purchased rice products can be exchanged for another product of the same or higher price within 3 days.

In the event that the exchange product has a lower price, the customer must purchase an increase in the quantity of goods to compensate for the price difference.

All products that want to be exchanged must be unused, still in the box, with tags, or guaranteed plastic and accompanied by a bill of sale.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.
